Kingfisher - Details

Only about three meters separated me from this kingfisher as it calmly preened its feathers. In moments like these, time seems to stand still. The intense blues and oranges, the delicate pattern of its feathers, and the bird's complete stillness made this moment special for me. It is precisely these encounters in nature that continually fascinate me and motivate me to take my camera with me.
